Your Optician will be reluctant to give you this measurement in order for you to buy your specs from them but you will save money when you buy your specs from us! See our guide on How to Measure you PD on the site and measure your own PD, it’s easy! If you don’t want to measure your own and don’t have your measurement from your Optician then we will set your PD to 63mm for men and 60mm for ladies where these measurements are the National Average.
