RETURNS
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with security tag still intact within 28 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are non returnable unless faulty and we will repair or remake your custom order if necessary). We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model/colour if preferred. However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 days Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty.
Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the was an error on our part which we will then cover the cost of shipping back to us to a maximum of €15. Please send all returns to the address listed above

As we hold a large range of sunglasses, frames and lenses in stock many orders can be processed and dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 1pm time. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via email or telephone with an approximate delivery date.
Please call 00 353 1 661 8602, or live chat with us if you require this service which is provided with GLS Couriers next-day delivery service for all deliveries within Ireland and An Post Track & Trace for the UK & rest of the world. For certain frames and more complex lenses, manufacture and dispatch can take up to 10 working days.
Once your purchase has been thoroughly quality checked, your glasses/sunglasses will be dispatched to you through our carriers tracked and trusted postal service, every delivery is secure, recorded, and traceable.
A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door.
Please note, we can only send parcels to the delivery address given when placing your order, please contact us immediately if you wish to make any alterations and we shall try our best to accommodate you if the item has not been dispatched.
