It's pretty simple and there are no hidden T&C's. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, be it because it does not suit or it wasn't as nice as you first thought simply send it back to us and we can exchange them for a different pair or give you a full refund.
Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded for sending your sunglasses back to us. All returns must be sent back to the below address
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with security tag still intact within 28 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are non returnable unless faulty and we will repair or remake your custom order if necessary). We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model/ color if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have canceled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the was an error on our part which we will then cover the cost of shipping back to us to a maximum of €15. Please send all returns to the address listed above
If the item you received is faulty, please contact Returns on 01-6618602 (International: +353-1-6618602) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Just bring your product, proof of purchase and original packaging into a store within 28 days of your purchase, and we'll provide you with a complete refund or exchange(This does not include sale items purchased in store). Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued. Proof of purchase essential, you can exchange your purchase or get a store credit based on current selling prices.
